Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before downloading or using Dawny ("the app"). By installing or using Dawny, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

These Terms are between you and Dawny (the app's publisher; contact info at the bottom of this page). They are not an agreement with Apple or Google. Apple and Google are only the platforms that distribute the app.

1. What Dawny does

Dawny is an alarm clock that plays a fresh AI-composed or curated wake-up sound at a time you set. The Pro subscription adds:

• A new AI-generated "daily featured" sound every morning.
• Up to 3 custom-designed sounds per day (maximum 30 per month) that you compose by picking a theme, vibes, and an optional text description. The description is sent to a third-party AI model (fal.ai / CassetteAI) which returns the audio.
• A mood-sorted sound library.
• Unlimited alarms and a "surprise next alarm" mode.

Dawny is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that every alarm will ring under every possible operating-system state — iOS Focus, Do Not Disturb, Low Power Mode, Silent Mode, and background-audio timing all behave according to rules we do not control. Do not rely on Dawny as the only alarm for a flight, a medical dose, or any other use where a missed alarm is dangerous.

2. Subscriptions, billing, auto-renewal

2.1 Pricing and length

Dawny Pro is offered as:

• Annual: $29.99 / year, with an optional 7-day free trial.
• Weekly: $3.99 / week.

(Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency in the app before you confirm.)

2.2 Free trial

The 7-day free trial starts the moment you tap the trial CTA and ends exactly 7 days later. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end, Apple (or Google) will automatically charge the subscription price. Apple emails you a reminder 24 hours before the trial converts.
